Myra Beth Brennan, formerly of Manchaug, died Saturday, April 16, 2022, after a period of declining health.  She is predeceased by her husband, John L. Brennan, in 2012. Beth leaves her companion of 9 years, Neil Simpson; three sons: John T. Brennan, and his wife Ute, Sean J. Brennan, and his partner Kerri Gagnon, and James P. Brennan, and his wife Sylvia van Meerten; a daughter Erin Chabot, and her husband, Jay; a brother, Arthur McNary and a sister, Sue Hawkins. In addition, Beth leaves her beloved grandchildren: Kaylee-Noel Brennan, Brianna Pastino, Keara Brennan, Mackenzie Brennan, Lily Gagnon, Finnegan Brennan, Bianca Brennan, Zane Hyatt, Greta van Brennan, Gavin Chabot, Liam Chabot; as well as her two great-grandchildren; Anthony Pastino and Nadia Rhodes.

Beth was born August 19, 1953, in Hartford, CT, a daughter of Arthur and Myra (Dykema) McNary.  Her younger years were spent in Connecticut, later moving to Princeton, MA when her children were young, then to Whitinsville and Manchaug during their teen years.  After her husband died, Beth moved with Neil to East Brookfield.  

Beth started her career in healthcare working as a nurse’s aide at the former Beaumont Nursing Home. It was Beth’s lifelong dream to be a nurse, and she achieved that dream when she graduated from Quinsigamond Community College with an associate degree in Nursing.
