Shirley Ann Everidge Zeigler, 78, who was a retired Secretary to the Division Chief at the Florida Department of Highway Safety and the Florida Highway Patrol, passed away September 6, 2015 in Fort Walton Beach. She was born July 3, 1937, in Miami, Florida, to the late Joseph and Mary Lou Watson Everidge. A sister, Winifred Hackney, also preceded her in death. She attended Havana Presbyterian Church and was an owl collectors. Survivors include her children, Valder Frank Zeigler, Jr. (Bobbie Hines), Marilynn Ann Zeigler (Dusty), Joseph Zeigler (Karla) and Robert Stoker (Kaycee); grandchildren, Robert Stoker, C. Collin Zeigler, Megan Smith and Lance Zeigler; great-granchild, Phillip Stoker.
