Shelly Renee Kirton, Beloved mother of four, Nana of ten took her eternal rest on March 2nd, 2022, in Odum, GA.
Shelly was born on October 29th, 1957, to Edward & Doris Johnson of Staten Island, NY where she spent her formative years. She was the eldest of 4 children.
In 1987, Shelly and her family moved to North Carolina. She was at such peace there and enjoyed many activities but her all-time favorite thing, was going fishing on the pier. She absolutely loved being on the pier.
Shelly closed her eyes in this life and opened them in Glory to see her parents, Edward & Doris Johnson, Her husband, Bertram Kirton, & her son Dennis Grady.
She leaves to cherish her memory her children; bonus daughter, Kathleen (Tina) Kirton, Kianna (David) Lane, Marcy (Demetrius) Kirton, & Michelle Kirton, 10 beautiful Grandchildren; her three Siblings & a host of family, friends, & loved ones.
