Mary Frances Andrews Pearson passed away June 28, 2015 at the age of 86 in Chipley, FL. She was born in St. Andrews, FL on November 13, 1928 and moved to Tallahassee with her family in 1929.
As a young girl she accepted Jesus as her Savior in the Methodist Church and was a Baptist in her adult life. She graduated from Leon High School, Class of 1946.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Derrell Haisley Andrews, born Holmes County, FL. and Mary Rebecca Andrews, nee Wilkinson, born, Americus, GA; her brother, John Haisley Andrews, of Tallahassee, FL; her grandson, William Kent Pearson, of Wakulla County, FL; and her niece, Linda Andrews Sumner Bailes, of Tallahassee, FL.
She is survived by her children, Blane Pearson (wife Sandy) Crestview FL, Lauren Owen (husband Doug) Chipley FL, Shawn Pearson (wife Penny) Wakulla Station, FL, Dana Pearson (friend Rose Bruce) Tallahassee, FL; Grandchildren, April Pearson, Amity Pearson, Beau Owen, Brent Owen, Bethany Finch (husband Mitchell), Carrie Harris (husband Wesley); Great Grandchildren, Brantley Owen, Alaina Finch, Kendell Owen, Alexander and Michael Yeomans; Niece, Brenda Andrews Gaines (husband Keith Gaines); Nephew, Russell Bailes II; a number of grand and great grand nieces and nephews. Also, surviving is lifelong friend, Sam Meador, of Warner Robins, GA.
