Ms. Lula C. Arnold, age 96, of Summerville, GA, died Wednesday, February 19, 2020, at her residence.
Ms. Arnold was born November 12, 1923, in Stevenson, AL, daughter of the late Willie and Tennie Gertrude Burton Guinn. She attended the Summerville Pentecostal Worship Center, and prior to her retirement, was employed with Riegel Textiles. In addition to her parents, Ms. Arnold was preceded in death by a daughter, Betty Ann Dooley; brothers, Leonard Guinn, Calvin Guinn; a sister, Uza Rich; grandson, Larry Joe Dooley, Jr.; and a great-granddaughter, Dakota Dooley.
Survivors include her son, Willie Edward “Eddie” Arnold; daughters, Barbara “Bobbie” (Hugh) Lively, Peggy (Lonnie) Wallace; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
