Laurette Cecilia Roberts-Francis was born in Antigua on October 16, 1950, to the late Samuel and Inez Roberts. She resided in St. Kitts, St.
Her Alma Mater included The Basseterre Girls School and Grammar School. Upon migrating to the U.S., she attained certifications in Insurance and Prophetic Evangelism. Her jovial and entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish multiple restaurants with her children, notable – “Flavour Pot” and “Chicken and Ribs” which were known for their “JoJo” potatoes.
She later returned to Tampa, FL with her eldest son Nathaniel Francis and his family.
She leaves to cherish her memories: sons, Nathaniel Francis Sr., and Edmond S. Francis Jr.; grandchildren, Shekima Francis, Nathaniel Francis Jr., and Malachi Mack; siblings, Cynthia Harris (Clarence Sr.), Wilmoth Roberts (Euphemia), Lucille Joseph (Vincent), Ashton Roberts (Yvonne), and Donald Roberts; daughters-in-law, Adella Francis, and Anola Francis; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
