Kimberly Elaine Harmon-Gomillia was born November 21, 1959 in Lima, OH to the union of Joe Louis and Opal Carletta (Jennings) Harmon.

 

Kim attended Whittier Elementary School and graduated from Lima Senior High School Class of 78.

 

Kim went on to college at Bowling Green State University. After attending college Kim  relocated to Indianapolis, Indiana with her Uncle Curtis.  Kim  later met her husband, Charles Gomillia of 20 years and from that Union they had a son, Joshua Lamar.

 

Kim worked for Coopers & Lybrand LLP now Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP for nearly 20 years.  Kim  was employed by Blue & CO., LLC for over 15 years at the time of death.

 

Family was everything to Kim , she loved them all.  Kim  loved to play softball and she played for many seasons with AJT Softball.  Her position was pitcher.   Kim  also loved to skate and was a huge fan of basketball and football.  Her favorite teams were “The” Ohio State and Pittsburgh Steelers. 

 

Kimberly Elaine Harmon-Gomillia, AGE 61 departed this life on Saturday March 27, 2021 at approximately 7: 00 p.m. at Eskenzi Health.  She was proceeded in death by her brothers, Donald Wayne and Dana  Eugene and also her paternal and maternal grandparents.

 

She leaves to cherish her memory her son, Joshua; parents, Joe Louis and Opal Carletta Harmon of Lima, Ohio; two bonus sons, Devin Gomillia (Sherrell), Chris Gomillia; her companion, Travis Davis; three brothers, Joe Louis Jr.(Retta), Adrian Dale, Danny {Shamelle); sister, Jacqulyn Terri (Robert); two cousins who she shared an amazing sisterhood , Regina Keith and Victoria Collins; dear friend, Camille Thompson of Cincinnati, Ohio and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
