Eutha Mae Kirkland, 90, of Crawfordville, passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018, at the Big Bend Hospice House. A daughter of the late Obie and Lela Elmore Steele, she was born in Dothan, Alabama on August 24, 1927. Also preceding her in death are two sons, William Lee Starling and Michael Kirkland; daughters-in-law, Janice and Tina; and siblings, Pete Steele, Johnnie Ruth Peacock, Lanie Lee Hastings, Betty Reeves and Jewel Enfinger. Survivors include her children, David Lloyd (Annette) Starling and Thomas Earl (Nancy) Starling; grandchildren, Patricia Ann (Patrick) Suderman, Brenda Jean (Kevin) Smith, D.L. Starling, Kimberly Starling, William Lee (Tammy) Starling, Jr., Angela (Ronnie) Evans, Vickie (Rob) Heuring and Tereasa (Alan) Locke; as well as numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
