She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Willie Grace; daughter, Yolanda Richardson; brothers, Jessie Polite, Aaron Polite, and Genie Polite; sisters, Louise Everton, Lillie Wiley, Willa Barnes, Leona Hicks, Ruby Mae White, Christine Wright, and Mildred Polite Howard.
She leaves to cherish her memories: children, Jessica, Nicole, Corey (Terry), and Timmy (Lydia); grandchildren, Sheltiana, Reshae, Beyonce, Willie, Timothy, Timya, Yolanda, Jasier, Joe, Corey, Tieyada, and Kewan; sister, Dorothy Jean Thorpe; a host of great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
