Billie McClellan was born in Winnebago County in Wisconsin on June 7, 1930. She died in her sleep on October 31, 2020, in Monticello, Florida.
She is survived by three children and seven grandchildren. Billie was an active member of United Methodist Church of Monticello until she had a stroke earlier this year. She was involved in prayer quilts, school dresses for Africa, and the Christmas in Bethlehem program. Her positive, high energy attitude will be missed by all who knew her and loved her.
