Anne Lybbert, 74, of Tallahassee, Florida, peacefully passed into the loving arms of Jesus on Thursday, July 22, 2021, while surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on December 18, 1946, she was the daughter of Henry H. High and Anna Rommell High, of blessed memory.
She attained a Master’s of Science and worked and retired from the Florida Department of Agriculture as a Chemist. A faithful member at Wildwood Presbyterian Church, she was involved with the Bible Study Fellowship and a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed cooking, keeping healthy habits and good nutrition, as well as studying and using alternative medicine. She loved being a grandmother, and that was her highlight for nine years.
Survivors include her daughter, Anna Lybbert; son, Nicholas Lybbert (wife, Traci); and granddaughter, Rachel Lybbert.
