Andeen was born in Torrington at the Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, daughter of the late Patricia (Murphy) Hudak, RN and Andrew Hudak. She grew up at her family home in Harwinton and was a graduate of Lewis S. Mills High School in Burlington and the Torrington Beauty Academy. She had been employed for many years at the DMV Office in Waterville.
Andeen is survived by her sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and George Lowell of Sandy Hook, her brother, Andrew Hudak of New Hartford, her nephew, Alan Hudak of Collinsville and two aunts, Betty Barrante of Torrington and Helen Olson of New Britain.
