She leaves to mourn her memories three children; Cameron Maurice Spruiell 5, Madison Josiah Spuriell 4, and Aiden Mason Spruiell all of the home, her mother; Eleanor “Renee” McLean (Clifton Hooker) of Broadway, NC, one brother; Patrick Worthy (Cinneathia) of Sanford, NC, five sisters; Eliza Spruiell (Anthony), Danielle Fitts, LaShonda Fitts, Somone Mclean, Cierra McLean all of Sanford, and a special friend Robin Todd Spruiell.
