Mrs. Truitt G. Weston, age, 80 of Louisville, AL passed away Monday, December 3, 2012 in a Dothan hospital.
She was born May 8, 1932 in Barbour County, AL. She was a graduate of Troy State University, with a master’s degree in education. With over 40 years of teaching, she taught school in Montgomery, AL, Louisville, AL, and for many years at Dixie Academy where she retired from teaching. She was an active member of Louisville Baptist Church where she served in various roles throughout the years.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Wiley Robert and Eunice Green, Clayton, AL, her sisters; Ruth Kennedy, Columbus, GA, Catherine East, Banks, AL; her brothers, Robert Green, Union Springs, AL and Richard Green, Montgomery, AL.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Billy Joe Weston, Louisville, AL, sons: Joe (Lisa) Weston, Dothan, AL, Bill Weston, Montgomery, AL; granddaughter, Allyson Nicole Weston and her fiancAC.
