Mrs. Teresa Benefico Bartolotta, age 92, a lifelong Milford resident, beloved wife of the late August (Gus) Bartolotta, passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 25, 2010 at Milford Hospital.
Daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Sabol Benefico, she was born on September 20, 1917 in Milford. Teresa retired from General Electric after working there for many years.
Survivors include her four devoted children Joseph Bartolotta and his wife Ardell of West Haven, Teresa Fasanella and her husband James of Milford, Michael Bartolotta and his wife Kathy of West Haven and Anne DeAngelo and her husband Frank of Northford, seven loving grandchildren Brett, Brian, James, Kristen, Jennifer, James, and Samantha, and three cherished great-grandchildren Cole, Skylar and Deegan. She is also survived by three brothers Leonard Benefico and his wife Jeanne of Naples, Fl, Fred Benefico and his wife Lucy of Onancock,Va; and Joseph Benefico and his wife Eleanor of Milford, as well as several nieces and nephews. Teresa was predeceased by a sister Josephine Gefrich.
