Mrs. Hall was born December 23, 1947, in Birmingham, AL to the late Willie Roy Smith and Ruby Louise Hunter Stevens.
Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Gregory Allen Hall; and brother, Alan Roy Smith.
