Mrs. Sherry Elaine Broyles Thompson, age 59, of Summerville, GA, died Friday, July 9, 2021, at Floyd Medical Center.
Mrs. Thompson was born February 5, 1962, in Summerville, GA, daughter of Marie Ellen Winters Broyles and the late Billy Richard Broyles. She was Baptist by faith and was previously employed with Oakview Health and Rehabilitation.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Randall “Randy” Thompson; step-son, Corey Thompson; grandparents, Elmer and Jessie Mae Winters, Tom Broyles, and Irene Hastings Miller.
Survivors include her daughter, Heather (Patrick) Moore; son, Billy Thompson; brothers, Gary (Tammy) Broyles, Steve (Lucy) Broyles; sister, Deborah Morgan; grandchildren, R J Westbrook, Brianna Westbrook; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
