Sarah Young McDaniel, 68, of Tallahassee, Florida, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2020, at the Big Bend Hospice House. A daughter of the late Nathaniel Francis Young and Sarah Buren Armstrong Young, she was born at Scott AFB, Illinois on May 23, 1952.
She is preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Kenneth H. McDaniel, who passed away on March 15, 2020, and a sister, Peyton Young Reinhart. She was an avid reader and retired as an Adjudicator with the Florida Department of Unemployment Compensation.
Survivors include her son, Kenneth F. McDaniel (wife, Angela); granddaughter, Abigail “Abi” McDaniel; sisters, Cookie Martin (husband, Paul) and Ann Noulis (husband, John); brother-in-law, Gary Reinhart; as well as several nieces and nephews.
