She is survived by her husband of 48 years, David Booth; children, Paul (Michelle) Booth, Beulah; Tammy Booth, Beulah; brothers, Bob, James, and John Shivers; sister, Betsy Palsgaard; grandson, Cole Booth, Beulah.
Mrs. Booth was a member of the Beulah United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed sewing, cooking, and baking treats.
