Proud grandmother of Tyler Lee Carroll and Colton James Lingerfelter. Dearest sister of Sandra Gallant, Sylvia (Russ) Hess, and Skeeter (the late Carol) Tolliver. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving family and friends. Rebecca was preceded in death by her parents William and Margaret Tolliver, sisters Barbara Dowling and Judy Hicks, and a brother Butch Tolliver.
