Phyllis Joy Branning, 63, of Tallahassee, passed into Heaven’s gates on Thursday, March 14, 2019.
A daughter of the late Edwin and Edna Deuble Ludwig, she was born in Buffalo, New York on August 5, 1955. She was a retired circuit court clerk.
She is survived by her husband, Darrell J. Branning; son, Darrell Brent Branning and daughter, Bryce Branning Wood; six grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Also surviving are her siblings, Charles (Carolyn) Ludwig, Edwin (Anne) Ludwig, Ralph (Sandra) Ludwig and Edna Ludwig.
