Mrs. Barnes was born January 18, 1938, in Chesterfield, AL, daughter of the late Samuel Roy and Dovie Ruth Cavin Boyd.
Survivors include her son, Tony Barnes; brothers, Gordon (Judy) Boyd, Ronnie Joe (Teresa) Boyd; grandchildren, Raygan Blane Barnes, Micah Bailee Jones, Joshua (Tiffany) Barnes, and Jodi (Jon) Byers; great-grandchildren, Ryleigh Barnes, Amberly Barnes, Cindy Barnes, Nickolas Barnes, and Journee Byers.
