Mrs. Patsy Smallwood Stone, age 70, of Lafayette, Louisiana, formerly of Lanett, Alabama passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017 at her residence in Lafayette after a prolonged battle with MS.
Patsy Smallwood Stone was a native of Lanett, Alabama and resident of Lafayette, Louisiana for most of her life. She enjoyed painting, ballet, playing tennis and softball. Patsy volunteered for Lafayette Animal Aid for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend who will be dearly missed.
Survivors include her husband, David M. Stone; one daughter, Amy Boudreaux and her husband, Jason Boudreaux; one son, Tim Stone and his spouse, Christy Delcambre; one brother, David Smallwood and his wife, Billie; two grandchildren, Jacob Lacombe and Alicia Duhon; and one great-grandchild, Amberleigh Duhon.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lonnie Guy Smallwood and Jocelyn L King Smallwood; and one sister, Phyllis Strong
