Morris- Mrs. Ora (Atwood) Gilbert, 104, died Wednesday, March 2, at Litchfield Woods Health care in Torrington. She was the widow of Birdsey A. Gilbert, Sr.
Mrs. Gilbert was born June 14, 1906 in Bethlehem daughter of the late Stiles and Fannie Atwood.
She is survived by one son, Robert C. Gilbert, Sr and his wife Dale of Morris and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three son, Roger A. Gilbert, George H. Gilbert, Sr and Birdsey A. Gilbert, Jr and one grandson, George H. Gilbert, Jr.
