Mrs. Nena Alva Colbert, age 85, of Summerville, GA passed away Friday- August 28, 2020 at her residence.
Mrs. Colbert was born December 13, 1934 in Lyerly, GA to the late Roy and Lelia Mae Morrison Johnson.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by daughter, Tina Marie Colbert; a son, Charles Edward “Eddie” Colbert, Jr.; brothers, Roy “Sunny”, Deed, and Robert Martin; Sisters, Virginia Gardner, and Beatrice DeBord.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Edward “Buddy” Colbert, Sr.; Daughter, Kathy (Terry) Day; Sister, Susie Forbes; Daughter-in law, Melissa Colbert; Eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren also survive.
