She leaves to cherish her memories her husband of 65 years Raymond Howard Emerson of the home, three sons Alfonzo (Shirley) of Sanford, NC., Howard (Jacqueline) of Greensboro, NC., Hermon (Kay) of Greensboro, NC., three daughters Peggy Emerson Hagans (Robert) of Virginia Beach, Va., Laura of Greensboro, NC, and Janice of Pleasant Garden, NC.; three siblings Perry T. Crutchfield of Raleigh, NC, Lizzie L. Ratcliff of Graham, NC and Henry W. Crutchfield of Greensboro, NC., 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
