Martha B. McInnis, 87, passed away on August 13, 2017. She was born in Marchand, Pennsylvania, on August 20, 1929. Martha graduated from Clearfield Hospital of Nursing in 1950 as a Registered Nurse. After graduating, she moved to Florida and worked as a surgical nurse in Ocala and Tallahassee. She retired from Tallahassee Memorial Hospital in 1986. Martha lived in Tallahassee for 46 years. She loved to travel and visited 27 countries and six continents. She also loved to read and volunteered in her church library for many years. Martha was predeceased by her husband, J.W. “Mac” McInnis. She is survived by their two daughters, a son-in-law, a grandson and his wife, a granddaughter, and one great-granddaughter. Martha is also survived by two brothers and a sister.
