Kate had a great zest for life and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and loved to travel. Kate and Dave’s travels took them throughout the United States. She was ready to travel anytime and anywhere…as long as it wasn’t on a plane! She traveled well into her 90’s taking many trips with her children, grandchildren, and nieces. Kate was an avid pinochle player and belonged to a women’s “coffee clutch” that played cards every Wednesday for 50+ years. She also loved to paint and bake. Referred to as Aunt Kate by everyone who knew her, she was a loving, devoted Mother and Grandmother who always put others first. She had the most generous loving heart and touched many lives with her presence. She was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
