Judith Barbara Neubacher, 81, of Tallahassee, passed away on August 1, 2017, while surrounded by her loving family. A daughter of the late Audley and Eleanor Gogan Shepard, she was born April 14, 1936, in Detroit, Michigan. She was a certified financial planner and a loving and dedicated homemaker. She is survived by her significant other, Stephen Ross; children, James Neubacher, Jeffrey Neubacher, Sue (Randy) Spangler; grandchildren, Kathryn (Gary) Gonzales, Rachel Neubacher, Beth Anne Neubacher, Daniel Neubacher, Chris Neubacher, Robbie Neubacher, Souraya Neubacher, Brett Spangler, Megan Spangler, Bridget (Mark) Stark, Rebecca (Chris) Eaton, Matt (Shelley) Spangler and Scott (Felicia) Spangler; daughter-in-law, Patricia Neubacher; as well as numerous great-grandchildren. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Neubacher; daughter, Rebecca Lee; and son, Daniel Neubacher.
