Mrs. Dockery was born May 22, 1931, in Crab Orchard, KY daughter of the late Carlton Elijah and Verlin Augusta Helton Hasty.
Survivors include her son, Doak (Linda) Dockery; Daughter, Elaine (Doyle) Owens; Brothers, Michael Hasty, Ralph Hasty; Sisters, Janet Swanson, Augusta Manuel; Two Grandchildren, Carl (Heather) Owens, Tiffany (Jay) Blackburn; One Step-Grandchild, Maggie Stansel; Four Great Grandchildren, Maddie Owens, Reece Owens, Ava Blackburn, Owen Blackburn; One step-Great Grandchild, Carson Kirby also survive.
