On Monday, September 10, 2018, Frances Duncan passed away peacefully at The Big Bend Hospice House. She is survived by her two sons, Dale Duncan and Steve Duncan as well as Steve’s wife Susan. Her husband, Silas Duncan, and her daughter, Randy, predeceased her. Frances was a long-time member of Fellowship Baptist Church, where she not only worshiped her Savior but enjoyed the friendship of many fellow members of the congregation.
