Watertown- Mrs. Elizabeth A. (Sexton) McDonald, 85, formerly of Waterbury died Thursday, June 24, at her home with her family by her side. She was the widow of Attorney Arthur M. McDonald.
Mrs. McDonald was born February 27, 1925 in Sharon daughter of the late John and Beatrice (Rice) Sexton. She was a former member of the Watertown Golf Club.
She is survived by one son, Brian P. McDonald of Waterbury; one daughter, Marilyn McDonald of Watertown with whom she resided; three grandchildren, Arthur Michael McDonald, Jonathan Chase McDonald and Alexandra Rose McDonald; several nieces and nephews and her beloved dogs Lizzy and Lilly. She was predeceased by her son Arthur Michael “Archie” McDonald, three sisters and one brother.
