She was born July 21, 1950 in Lyerly, GA, daughter of the late George Grady and Julia Mae Bartlett Rowlls. She was the owner and operator of a day care center where she kept young children for many years. Mrs.
Mrs. Marshall is preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Dewayne Marshall; brother, Johnny Rowlls, and a sister, Helen Rowlls Daggett.
She is survived by two daughters, Lori Raburn and Leslie Helton and her husband, Tyler; One brother and sister in law, Leon (Gail) Rowlls; Two sisters, Ann Elrod and Martha Brown and her husband, Wayne; Three grandchildren, Holli Raburn, Patrick Helton, and Benjamin Helton; Several nieces and nephews also survive.
