Doris King Scarbary, 83, wife of the late L.S. Scarbary, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018, at Heritage HealthCare, while surrounded by her loving family. A daughter of the late John Barney King and the late Evelyn Califf King, she was born in Altha, Florida on February 14, 1934. Also preceding her in death are a son, Billy Wayne Scarbary and sister, Rose Marie. She was a health care aide, and dearly loved her family. She is survived by her children, Jason Scott Scarbary, David Wesley Scarbary and Teresa Walker; twelve grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by sisters, Betty Clark and Jewell Teston.
