Charlotte Ann Langley Burke Fulghum, 76, of Tallahassee, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016. She was born September 27, 1939, in Lakeland, Florida, to the now late Edwin Barnes Langley and Effie Adel Collins Langley.
She is also preceded in death by her first husband, James F. Burke, Jr.; son, James F. Burke, Jr., and a brother, William B. Langley. She was retired from the State of Florida as a Secretary Specialist and was a faithful member at Berean Chrisitan Fellowship Church. Her survivors include her husband, Charles Edwin Fulghum; sister, Margaret S. Langley, and a niece, Martha Ann Hildebrandt.
