Cecelia S. Elliott, 65 of Milford, beloved wife of Frank Elliott, passed away on Tuesday, May 17, 2011, at home surrounded by her family. Born on September 30, 1945 in Bridgeport, she was the daughter of Dorothy Powers Pelletier of Stratford and the late Winfred J. Sappier.
Besides her husband Frank of 20 years, and mother Dorothy, Cecelia is survived by her daughter Kimberly Yucaneer and her husband Brian of Stratford, and her cherished grandson Douglas Yucaneer. She was predeceased by her brother Douglas J. Sappier.
