Mrs. Blannie Mickle Wood leaves to cherish her fond and precious memories: her loving and devoted daughter, Ms. Regina Wood, of the home; sons, Mr. Kenneth Wood of Blythewood, SC and Mr. Joe Louis Wood, Jr., of the home; three sisters, Mrs. Carrie (Kirby) Irick of Columbia, SC, Mrs. Christine Myers of Hopkins, SC and Ms. Clementine Mickle of Blythewood, SC; three grandchildren, Ms. O’Shawnacee (Quenicy Watson) Wood and Ms. Kiara Wood both of Blythewood, SC and Ms. Alexis Wood of Columbia, SC; six great grandchildren; two sisters-in-law, Mrs. Bernice (Jessie) Smith of Lugoff, SC and Lena Coles of Columbia, SC; a long-time friend, Ms. Bernice Lyles of Blythewood, SC; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
