Beatrice Amanda Huckaba died Sunday, January 10, 2016, surrounded by family.
She was daughter of Dr. Ralph S. Beesley and Fannie P. Beesley.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby G. Huckaba.
Mrs. Huckaba was a lifelong resident of Covington County, Alabama, a member of Gantt Baptist Church, and a member of the Order of Eastern Star #450 of Red Level. She retired from AlaTex Textile Products Corporation.
Mrs. Huckaba was preceded in death by brothers Ralph M. Beesley, Jack A. Beesley and Hugh S. Beesley, and sister Johnnie Agnes Godwin.
Mrs. Huckaba is survived by sister-in-laws Delana Kervin, Betty Huckaba, Maddie Lou Beesley, and Sylvia Beesley. (Predeceased by Thelma Huckaba).
She had two daughters, Barbara Dean (E.J.) and Cathy Huckaba.
Her grandchildren are Christy Sasser (Justin), Shane Turner, Kiesha Sherman (Kris), and Starr Huckaba.
Great-grandchildren are Cooper Sasser, Kennedy Bullard, Sara Sherman and Regan Sherman.
Other survivors are ten nieces and nephews, which include Anita Beesley Moore and Carol Godwin Merritt.
Special friends are Norman and Mack Williams, and Nell Myrick.
