Arana Smith Riley, 83, a resident of Tallahassee, peacefully passed away on November 26, 2015. She was born on June 8, 1932, in Slocomb, Alabama, to the late David Aaron and Eunice Myrl Davis Smith. She was a retired secretary with William M. Bishop Consulting Engineers and was of the Protestant faith. She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Marion H. Riley; sisters, June Collins and Carol (Larry) Reeder; as well as many dear nieces, nephews and their families. Her son, Stephen H. Riley; her parents; a sister, Helen Peters Walker; and a brother, Lamar Smith, preceded her in death.
