Mrs. Annie S. “Dean” Hayes, age 85, of LaGrange, Georgia passed away on Sunday March 11th, 2018 at the Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange, Georgia.
Mrs. Hayes was born on October 5th, 1932 in Randolph County, Alabama to the late Leon and Lillie Knight Strong.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Hayes; her sister, Catherine Smith; her stepson, Roger Hayes; her sister-in-law, Jean Jernigan.
She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church in West Point, Georgia.
Mrs. Hayes lived in West Point, Georgia and Lanett, Alabama for over 50 years. She retired from West Point Pepperell after 40 years of service.
She is survived by her sons, Stanley D. (Marie) Hester, LaGrange, Ronnie (Sally) Hayes, Canton, Georgia; sister, Leona Lake, Opelika; brother, John Winston Strong, West Point, Georgia; numerous grandpets.
