Alma Ragan Wilkey, 82, a retired employee of the Florida Parole and Probation Offices and a resident of Tallahassee, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Noah Melvin Ragan, Sr. and Laura Essie Pate Ragan; her son, Jeffrey Gilliard; and her husband, Bud Wilkey. Alma is survived by her son, Michael Gilliard (Karen); her grandchildren, Allison Gilliard and Cody Gilliard; an extended loving family and many dear friends. She was a kind, fun-loving and generous woman, who was very much loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
