Waterbury- Mrs. Agnes Arlene (Phelan) Mahoney, 91, died Tuesday, December 28, at St. Mary’s Hospital. She was the widow of Patrick Mahoney.
Mrs. Mahoney was born October 7, 1919 in Waterbury daughter of the late William J. and Mary (Maher) Phelan. Raised in Waterbury she had attended local schools and was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School.
She is survived by two sons, Kevin Mahoney of Waterbury and Michael Mahoney of Prospect; one sister, Elizabeth Nay of Watertown; one brother, William Phelan of Wallingford; two grandchildren, Matthew Mahoney and Melissa Murphy and several nieces and nephews.
