William David Risk, 71, of Tallahassee, passed away on Saturday, August 25, 2018, at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare. A son of the late Lewis Risk and Margaret Burchett Risk, he was born in Charleston, West Virginia on September 12, 1946. He was employed and had retired from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations as a Health Inspector. A member of the Tallahassee Moose Lodge 1075, he also enjoyed weightlifting, softball and dancing. He is survived by his wife of 20+ years, Johanna Sophie Reger Risk; son, Billy Risk (wife, Shira), grandchildren, David Risk, Christopher Risk and Dana Risk; siblings, Tom Risk (wife, Melinda), Sherry Metz (husband, Stephen), Alan Risk (wife, Susan) and Cindy Risk Maguire. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
