Mr. Wayne Jackson Blaylock, age 72, of Summerville, GA, died Sunday, June 20, 2021, at Oakview Health and Rehabilitation.
Mr. Blaylock was born July 3, 1948, in Cedartown, GA, son of the late Andrew Jackson and Claudia Ima Rolader Blaylock.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Blaylock was preceded in death by brothers, Wesley Blaylock, Kenneth Blaylock, and Nelson Blaylock; and a sister, Ronelle Blaylock.
Survivors include his sister and brother-in-law, Rose and Calvin Crowe; as well as several nieces and nephews.
