Ward Alexander Houston passed away peacefully in his sleep on February 21, 2021, at the age of 86. A Korean War veteran, he served 11 years in the US Air Force. During his military service, he worked as an instructor for Titan Missiles.
He had a career in microfilming and records system management, eventually starting his own company. Later in life, he was a member of the American Legion Post 13.
Ward is survived by his wife, Marilyn; his daughter and grandson in Texas; and daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren in Virginia.
