Mr. Walter Rogelio Boone, Jr. passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2022.
Mr. Boone was born on May 20, 1956, to Edith Maura and Walter Boone, Sr., in Tampa, Florida. He was baptized at an early age and is a former member of Mount Moriah P.B.
Besides being a loving fiancé, Walter was a wonderful family man. He was not only a great son, but he was also an awesome father, caring brother and an even more loving uncle. He was just a happy all-around individual who always had a type of ‘you first’ attitude where he wanted to make sure that others’ needs were met before his own. He never let a day pass without making you smile or laugh, even unto the end.
He is preceded in death by: his parents, Edith Creary and Walter Boone, Sr.; and brother, Gerald Brooks, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory: a loving, devoted fiancé, LeNita Ward; 2 precious daughters, Wonieak Dennis, and Aakeira Maura (Kiki) Davis; 1 son, Byron (Euonia) Brown; 3 sisters, Marvalene Collins (Wilbur); Freddye Doughty (Blue), and Charlene West (Ivey); 1 brother, Gregory West; 4 grandchildren, SrA Byron Brown, Jr., Brandon Brown, Lyrik Courtney, and Abyrah Brown; uncles, Freddie Maura III (Daisy), and Ida McRae (Louie); and a host of nieces, nephews, (greats included) and other close relatives and close friends.
