Wallace Teddy Crane, 76, of Tallahassee, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, while surrounded by his loving family. A son of the late Ralph Washington and Effie Poore Crane, he was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, on April 17, 1943.
He is also preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Smith. He owned and operated Morrow Dry Cleaning for almost 45 years. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, playing golf and he was a real people person, never having met a stranger. His biggest joy in life, however, was his family. Cherishing his memories are his wife of 53 years, Sandra Deason Crane; daughter, Lisa Ritter (husband, Champ); son, Jeff Crane (wife, Erin); grandchildren, Marty Ritter, Casey Ritter, Chase Crane and Hunter Crane; great-granddaughter, Baylee Haire; brother, Crandle Crane (wife, Evelyn); sister, Billie Ellis (husband, Charles); nephews, Brian Ellis and Brad Ellis; niece, Bethanne Ellis; as well as other extended family members and friends.
