Retired 1st Sergeant Vasco Camillo, age 67 of Milford, passed away on Tuesday,
November 2, 2010 at Milford Hospital. Born on the 4th of July, 1943, he was the son of the late Joseph and Cecilia deLoureiro Camillo. Vasco served his country with great pride and honor as a career military soldier as an MP for the US Army. He travelled extensively and also served overseas during his active duty with the Army until his honorable retirement in 1993. Vasco was a die-hard Boston sports fan, who avidly and enthusiastically followed the Red Sox, Partriots, Celtics and Bruins.
He is survived by two loving sisters, Lily Camillo of Milford and Adelia Rasines and the late David Rasines , his brother Joseph Camillo Jr. and his wife Mary, sister-in-law Jennifer Camillo. Also his special friend Fran and many loving nieces and nephews. Vasco was predeceased by his brother Americo Camillo who was married to Jennifer, sister Stella Camillo Chipello and husband Carl.
