Born in 1944 in Lenoir County to the late Vander and Winnieford Barnett Outlaw, Vander enjoyed fishing, hunting and country music, he is preceded in death by brothers: Frank Outlaw, Joe Outlaw, Lynn Outlaw, Fred Outlaw and Elmer Outlaw, sisters: Olive Outlaw, Beatrice Outlaw and Vercy Tyndall.
Vander leaves to cherish his memories: His loving wife of 55 years: Diann Outlaw of the home. Sons: Vander Outlaw Jr. and wife Jennifer of Daytona, Fl. Daniel Outlaw and wife Bryn of Leland, N.C. Daughters: Connie Bradshaw and husband George of Tampa, Fl. Patricia Barbour and husband Kevin of Roseboro, N.C. Dianna Outlaw Wise and husband Jimmy of Clinton, N.C. Megan Senger and husband Jacob of Clinton, N.C. Brother: David Outlaw of Leland, N.C. Twelve (12) Grand Children and Six (6) Great-Grand Children.
