He was a 2001 graduate of Valley High School and a 2003 graduate of Southern Union Community College. He was a gifted welder, fabricator, and proficient in operating any type of heavy machinery.
Toby enjoyed golfing, the outdoors, fishing and was an avid University of Alabama football fan.
He is survived by his mother, Regina Johnson Burrow, Valley; father, Hoyt (Lisa) Burrow, Valley; sisters, April Johnson (Jamie) Bright, Valley, Angie (Jamie) Foster, Valley, Tiffany (Lee) Walden, Valley; brother, Dennis (Tabitha) Holladay, Valley; grandparents, David and Sue Herrington; several nieces and nephews that loved him dearly.
